Nepali Name: Harit Malkauwa (हरित मालकौवा)

As the name suggests Green-billed Malkoha has a prominent and curved pale green bill. The bird has an overall greenish-grey color with a grey underpart, a graduated glossy green tail with white tips. It has a red eye patch.
Green-billed Malkoha is found in dense forests and undergrowths at an elevation ranging from 70 to 700m.
In this instance, I was able to spot the bird at an elevation of 1350m during autumn. These birds can be spotted till 2000m as well but uncommon and happen as summer visitors.
